There is no official wiki. I built this one by reading the v1.19 tool table, the options screen, and the changelog inside the official build on 23 October 2026. If a name is a player nickname, I say so. Johnny is one of those nicknames. The build labels the body Subject 01, 70 kg.

Modes

Sandbox is free play with every weapon, tool, chemical, and power. Keep Him Alive is ten emergency cases and restricts you to medicine. Story is a prototype with three rooms on the v1.19 notes — cell, storage, security — and the free menu locks it. Playtest access is through Discord, in batches, or through the Supporter file.

The simulation tracks skin, muscle, organs, arteries, veins, bones, and nerves. Bullets keep a path. The build also models bleeding, clotting, fractures, organ rupture, collapsed lungs, amputation, burns, chemical injury, and radiation. None of that is medical training. The launch screen says it is fiction.

How the pages split

The v1.19 item table has 107 entries: 5 hand, 15 firearms, 8 melee, 4 throwables, 4 props, 15 chemicals, 4 explosives or hazards, 13 powers, 13 medicine items, and 26 drugs. Powers include six gravity settings. Five scenes are in the build. Drug doses and half-lives exist in the data; this guide names the drugs the developer has actually discussed, and leaves the rest of the numeric table marked as build data that can change.

Questions

Is Regen an official item?

No. Players say Regen and Rez. The build names Super serum and Ultra serum.

Will these numbers stay true?

They describe v1.19 on 23 October 2026. The game is in development and the next public build can change them.
