Play Trauma Lab Online — Browser Version, No Download
On a 1920×849 desktop window the official embed reached the What’s New dialog, then the Story-mode dialog, then the menu. On a 390×844 phone-sized window the same embed loaded, but the dialogs covered the first screen and the game sat in a short band with large empty margins. I did not finish a touch-only session, so I will not call the phone layout finished.
The official browser build
The playable page is itch.io embed upload 19947427. On 23 October 2026 that URL returned HTTP 200 and sent neither X-Frame-Options nor a CSP frame-ancestors header, which is why this site can embed it after you click. The build is public v1.19. Languages inside the game are English and Russian.
“Unblocked” here only means the official browser build can be played where itch.io itself loads. This page does not offer a proxy, a rehosted build, or a way around a network filter. If a school or region blocks itch.io, this embed fails with it.
What loads, and when
The poster is a still. The iframe is created only after Play. That request goes to itch.io, which can set an itchio_token cookie and load itch’s own analytics tag. Details are on the privacy page. A comment thread once asked where the web version went during an update; the embed loaded again on the date above.

Do I need an account?
The embed loaded without an itch.io login in the 23 October 2026 check. itch.io can change that.
Is the phone version the same build?
The embed is the same upload. Touch controls and landscape play were not fully tested. The APK is the separate Android package.
