Trauma Lab FAQ
I pulled questions from the itch.io comments and from the build, and I skipped anything that was only a guess. Where the developer answered, I use that answer. Where nobody answered, I say so. The black-screen report is still in that second group.
How to read these answers
Everything here was checked against the itch.io page, the 21 October 2026 lag devlog, or the v1.19 build on 23 October 2026. The game is single-player according to its itch.io tag. No official mod or cheat list exists, so this site does not publish one. English and Russian are the languages in the build. A Chinese translation was not found.
Questions
Is Trauma Lab free?
Yes. Name your own price, including zero. The $5 Supporter tier is optional.
Can I play on a phone?
There is an official Android APK for Android 7.0 or newer. No official iOS build was listed.
Why does Windows or antivirus complain?
The itch.io page calls it a SmartScreen reputation warning and says More info, then Run anyway. The developer says the file has no virus. This site has not scanned it and does not certify it.
The APK is black after Restore game. Is that fixed?
A player reported it. No developer fix was posted in the comments that were read. Re-download v1.19, update Android System WebView, and ask on the official Discord. Do not treat that as a confirmed repair.
Does Super serum revive him?
The developer said no. Ultra serum is the one described as bringing him back and regrowing limbs. Super serum is regeneration, not that revive.
Is Story mode playable?
A prototype exists and the free build locks it. Access mentioned on the page is the Discord playtest or the Supporter build.
What engine is it?
The developer wrote that it is a custom engine built on HTML5.
Is Trauma Lab on Steam?
No store page was found on 23 October 2026. Supporters are promised a key when it launches.
