Editorial Policy
When a number is only on a banner and the download table disagrees, I keep the table. That is why the Windows page says HTML, even though the v1.19 art says exe. I would rather leave a gap than fill it.
What gets published
Each page answers one search question about the game Trauma Lab. Sources are the itch.io game page, the download list, the devlog, the v1.19 build, the APK manifest, or a named store, encyclopedia, or lab page. A claim without one of those is omitted or marked unconfirmed. Screenshots are official itch.io images or captures of the official build on 23 October 2026, credited to Abynotic Studios.
File sizes, version numbers, ratings, and follower counts carry the check date. itch.io’s 4.9 from 21 ratings is quoted as their widget, never as a score this site assigned. There is no speedrun page, because speedrun.com had no board. v1.20’s changes are not described, because no public changelog exists.
Corrections
Send the page URL and the sentence to [email protected]. A confirmed fix updates the page and the checked date. The game remains 18+, with gore, and is not medical advice. This guide does not host game files and does not tell readers how to bypass a network filter.
Questions
Do you use player nicknames as official names?
No. Johnny, Regen, and Rez are labeled as community shorthand. The build says Subject 01, Super serum, and Ultra serum.
Who owns the screenshots?
Abynotic Studios. They are shown here so the guide can describe the game, with a link back to itch.io.
