Games Like Trauma Lab
I opened each store page rather than a “top 10” list. People Playground and Surgeon Simulator 2 were on Steam in a Singapore-dollar view. Melon Sandbox was the Google Play listing. Trauma Center was the Wikipedia entries for Under the Knife and Second Opinion. I did not play those four games for this page.
The four that actually sit nearby
People Playground (Steam app 1118200) is by mestiez / Studio Minus, released 23 July 2019. The page showed S$10.00 and 179,184 English reviews at 97% positive. It is a 2D ragdoll sandbox: shoot, stab, burn, poison, tear, and crush, with organs, blood replacement, an ECG, and Workshop mods. That is the nearest loop. It is not free and it is not the layered 3D body in Trauma Lab.
Melon Sandbox on Google Play (com.studio27.MelonPlayground) showed 100 million-plus downloads, a 4.7 score from about 1.39 million ratings, ads and in-app purchases, and a 12+ rating, published under playducky.com. It is the phone ragdoll sandbox. It is cartoon, and it does not track a bullet through named tissue layers.
Surgeon Simulator 2 (Steam app 774791) by Bossa Studios showed S$18.50, 822 English reviews at 40% positive, and a 2 September 2021 release. It is physics surgery with co-op and a level editor. The joke is the point. It is not an anatomy sandbox.
Trauma Center: Under the Knife is a 2005 Nintendo DS game by Atlus: touch-screen operations, a visual-novel plot, the fictional GUILT pathogen, and ranks from C to S. Second Opinion is the 2006 Wii remake with the Wii Remote. People searching “trauma lab game” sometimes land on that series. It is linear, it is not on PC as this sandbox, and it is not free.
Questions
Are the Steam prices in US dollars?
No. The figures S$10.00 and S$18.50 are what the Singapore storefront showed on 23 October 2026.
Is Melon Sandbox’s download count audited?
It is the badge Google Play displayed. This page does not treat it as an independent audit.
